Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or debilitating conditions to devise tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions that employ a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, strength and conditioning exercises, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitoring and documenting patients' progress systematically to adjust treatment strategies and ensure optimal recovery trajectories.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care, including consultations with physicians and referrals to other specialists as needed.
• Educating patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, therapeutic exercises, and self-management strategies.
• Staying current through continuous education opportunities, participating in workshops, and engaging with professional networks to enhance both clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in California.
