Key Responsibilities

• Engage with 1 to 2 patients per hour, prioritizing quality and personalized treatment over sheer volume, thereby building meaningful relationships and understanding unique patient needs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously adapt tailored treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, patient feedback, and measurable progress toward functional goals.
• Document patient encounters meticulously using WebPT, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and facilitating clear communication within our collaborative healthcare team.
• Utilize extensive manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise methodologies to aid in recovery and improve physical function.
• Educate patients on their conditions and empower them with home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies to promote long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
