Work Environment

This full-time role will be located onsite within our Campbell home care setting, offering a dynamic and interactive atmosphere where Physical Therapists can flourish. Our facility is equipped with the latest rehabilitation tools and technologies, enabling you to provide the highest standard of care. Your work schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for each patient, creating personalized treatment plans designed to tackle their specific orthopedic concerns.
• Administer targeted therapies, utilizing manual techniques, exercise programs, and modalities to facilitate recovery and enhance physical function.
• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their improvement or responding to challenges.
• Document all patient care accurately using the WebPT system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies, emphasizing a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be primarily working with orthopedic patients who require rehabilitation following surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Our patient demographic ranges from active adults to senior populations, each with unique rehabilitation needs and challenges. Your expertise will be vital in helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through tailored therapy programs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Possess an active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrated strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• A compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on building trust and rapport.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a rehabilitation setting, with specific emphasis on orthopedic cases.

Compensation and Benefits
