Work Environment

Our work schedule follows a standard Monday to Friday routine from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for work-life balance while treating a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, assessing their individual goals and needs.
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour to ensure personalized care and effective monitoring of progress.
• Deliver cost-effective treatment options aimed at improving patients' mobility and overall functionality.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to minimize reliance on medications and emphasize non-surgical alternatives.
• Encourage patient engagement throughout their rehabilitation process to optimize their recovery and wellness.
• Monitor and document the effects of treatment, maintaining accurate records using electronic medical records (EMR) software, such as WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients covered by private medical insurance, enabling access to a wide array of therapy and rehabilitation options. The clientele includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain, all seeking to regain their pre-injury performance levels. Your contribution will help clients enhance their physical abilities through personalized treatment and education.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California, with no board actions or disciplinary records.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and a deep understanding of exercise science are crucial for success in this role.
• Familiarity with EMR Software, particularly WebPT, is preferred to streamline documentation and patient management processes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy is desirable, allowing for a seamless transition into our practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience.
