Work Environment

Our outpatient office provides a dynamic setting where Physical Therapists collaborate closely with patients and other healthcare professionals. Working onsite, you will have direct access to state-of-the-art treatment technologies and modalities tailored for individual patient needs, enhancing the therapeutic process. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical evaluations to accurately assess patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities, identifying specific rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, aligning interventions with unique patient needs and aspirations.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities—such as heat, ice, and electrical stimulation—to facilitate pain relief and enhance mobility.
• Provide education to patients regarding proper body mechanics, posture, and effective injury prevention strategies for long-lasting benefits.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain precise and detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing various conditions such as back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, tendonitis, sprains, strains, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance and gait issues. Our patient-focused approach emphasizes personalized care plans that adapt to each individual's unique challenges and rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, with preference given to candidates possessing extensive treatment backgrounds.
• Proficient understanding of advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.

Preferred Experience
