Work Environment

The selected candidate will work onsite at our outpatient office, where our team consists of two physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). The working hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage a patient load, providing one-on-one sessions tailored to meet each client's specific therapeutic needs.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, focusing on non-pharmacological interventions to enhance mobility and functionality.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as necessary.
• Create personalized fitness and wellness programs based on patient evaluations.
• Educate patients on techniques for improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, promoting a proactive approach to health.
• Document all treatment activities and patient progress accurately in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance and communication among healthcare team members.
• Engage with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary approaches to patient care.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients with private medical insurance, allowing for a diverse clientele including individuals recovering from surgery, injury rehabilitation, and preventative care. We focus on orthopedic cases, emphasizing functional recovery, pain management, and long-term wellness strategies. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required, with appropriate licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.

• Proficient manual therapy skills and the ability to develop effective exercise routines for diverse patient needs.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate records and manage patient data efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
