Work Environment

This role will require you to work onsite within our well-appointed facility in San Jose, CA. As a full-time therapist, you will enjoy a streamlined schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and functional limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support improved movement and function.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to address specific orthopedic issues effectively.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation goals, therapeutic exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment processes, fostering an environment of positivity and support.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting developments and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote preventative care strategies to enhance patients' physical well-being and minimize future injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients who have private medical insurance, focusing on orthopedic conditions. You will work with a diverse range of clientele, including athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals with chronic pain issues. Your expertise will be pivotal in formulating strategies that address their specific rehabilitation needs, ultimately aiding them in achieving their personal health goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist is essential.
• Impeccable professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• In-depth knowledge and skill in manual therapy techniques.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing effective exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in treating a variety of musculoskeletal disorders.
• Hands-on experience in utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
