Your expertise will be instrumental in providing top-notch orthopedic care, focusing on promoting health, preventing injuries, diagnosing conditions, administering treatment, and rehabilitating clients back to their optimal performance levels.

Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with cutting-edge equipment designed specifically for sports medicine. As part of our team, you will work alongside two experienced physical therapists and a dedicated physical therapist assistant, all sharing a commitment to patient well-being.

Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in our advanced therapy facility. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. Our practice primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, reinforcing our focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care in a professional, yet friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and establish individualized care goals for each patient by thoroughly understanding their needs and treatment objectives.
• Manage a caseload of patients, treating one individual per hour to ensure comprehensive, focused therapy sessions.
• Utilize this time to enhance clients' range of motion, mobility, and overall physical capabilities through targeted therapies.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic approaches.
• Introduce non-surgical alternatives to medication as part of your holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Create and facilitate customized fitness and wellness programs to address specific patient goals and conditions.
• Constantly motivate and support patients through their recovery journeys, encouraging them to achieve optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, fostering a network of support for improved patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress with regular evaluations to continuously refine and adapt care strategies.
• Ensure accurate documentation of treatment sessions and outcomes in line with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on treating individuals in need of orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes post-operative patients, athletes recovering from injuries, and those with chronic musculoskeletal issues. Your role will involve working closely with patients who are motivated to regain their mobility and strength, thereby contributing significantly to their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California with no recorded board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy and the development of exercise programs tailored to various patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT is preferred to streamline documentation and patient management processes.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, allowing you to bring valuable insight and expertise to our practice.
• Experience in delivering care within a team environment, working collaboratively with allied health professionals to achieve shared patient care goals.

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
