Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations, utilizing both standardized assessments and hands-on techniques.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, tailoring interventions to align with each patient's rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Provide patient education on body mechanics, injury prevention, and ergonomics to empower individuals in managing their health.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare team members, such as occupational therapists, physicians, and nurses, to provide integrated and coordinated care for our patients.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of treatments, evaluations, and patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions like arthritis, or rehabilitating from sports injuries. Our center specializes in treating back and neck pain, joint issues, post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as balance and gait complications. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
