Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Campbell, California. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic equipment to support effective patient treatment. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs. Our regular work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough movement evaluations for patients, assessing their physical status, limitations, and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs that leverage appropriate evidence-based techniques.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and exercise prescription to facilitate recovery.
• Regularly reassess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and techniques as necessary, based on observed outcomes.
• Educate patients about exercises, postural awareness, and injury prevention strategies to enhance their long-term mobility.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health records system.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure cohesive patient care and share insights among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescent athletes to older adults, which means daily challenges that will keep your skills sharp and your approach dynamic. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license or the ability to obtain one prior to commencing employment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that allow for effective adaptation of treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Experience with patient management systems and electronic health records.
• Knowledge of current trends and evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
