Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough movement evaluations to assess patient mobility and function.
• Develop individualized therapy plans that cater to the specific needs of each patient.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and neuromuscular education.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment approaches based on patient progress, feedback, and outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions and empower them through tailored exercise and maintenance programs to ensure long-term mobility.
• Document patient progress in electronic health records (EHR) accurately to improve ongoing treatment plans.
• Establish strong relationships with patients to foster trust and enhance patient engagement in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to discuss treatment plans and optimize patient-centered care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California Physical Therapy license or the capability to obtain one within the state.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist, preferably in an orthopedic outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
