Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive movement evaluations to identify patients' needs and limitations.
• Create personalized therapy programs tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals and challenges.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans proactively to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities as appropriate.
• Instruct patients on self-management strategies and exercises to promote long-term mobility and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, patient progress, and communications.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings to enhance patient care strategies and share insights with fellow team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions stemming from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Possession of an active California Physical Therapist (PT) license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven ability to critically evaluate patient conditions and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with patients and educate them about their rehabilitation process.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation software.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., Manual Therapy, Dry Needling) are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
