Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough movement assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, seeing 1-2 patients per hour, utilizing a holistic approach to rehabilitation that incorporates strength training, flexibility exercises, and manual therapy techniques.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to facilitate long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients dealing with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain comprehensive patient records.

Compensation and Benefits
