The position is based on-site at our modern Rehabilitation Center located in the picturesque town of Los Gatos, California. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions by treating 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring personalized care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance patient mobility, increase strength, and alleviate discomfort in musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing assessments and patient progress, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive patient documentation using WebPT, and effectively communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support their rehabilitation journey.
• Engage in regular staff meetings to discuss treatment strategies, share insights, and collaborate on patient care approaches to foster continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The typical patient population within our orthopedic outpatient setting includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. As a Physical Therapist, you will directly impact these patients' lives, guiding them through their recovery journey and providing the necessary support for a full return to their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with a Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Possession of an active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one is mandatory.

Preferred Experience
