Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive movement evaluations for patients with varied orthopedic conditions, identifying areas of improvement and designing individualized therapy programs.
• Provide treatment that may include manual therapy techniques, corrective exercise, and the use of therapeutic modalities to enhance recovery.
• Regularly reassess patient progress and modify treatment protocols accordingly to meet their evolving needs and goals.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and home care techniques to promote long-term mobility and self-management of symptoms.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal documentation standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and coordination of treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our Saratoga location, you will work primarily with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient population is diverse, ranging from active professionals to older adults seeking to regain independence. Therefore, an ability to engage with different demographics and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs is crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
