Complete Balance Physical Therapy Group is looking for a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic located in Sunnyvale, California. Work Environment

The role will be performed onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Sunnyvale. The facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies and treatment modalities, allowing our therapists to deliver best-in-class care to our patients. You will be working alongside a dynamic team in a collaborative environment where ongoing education and shared learning are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of impactful therapeutic interventions. Key tasks include:

• Delivering one-on-one treatment sessions for 1 to 2 patients per hour, ensuring personalized care tailored to their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to restore movement patterns, enhance physical function, and alleviate pain.
• Regularly evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Accurately documenting patient assessments, treatment interventions, and progress in our electronic health record system, WebPT, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, which may include occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals dealing with orthopedic injuries and conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal disorders, and sports-related injuries. You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from avid athletes to older adults seeking to regain their strength and mobility. A patient-focused approach is essential to building trust and fostering a positive recovery environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong analytical, organization, and communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
• A proactive approach to therapy that engages patients and motivates them throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy is required, candidates with specialized experience in orthopedic rehabilitation will be given preference. Familiarity with manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols for sports-related injuries is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits including:
