Work Environment

This role is centered onsite at our rehabilitation center located in the vibrant heart of Cupertino, California. The facility is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere, featuring comfortable treatment rooms, advanced therapeutic equipment, and open spaces for rehabilitation exercises. You will collaborate with a team of fellow healthcare specialists, including physicians, occupational therapists, and aides, to foster a holistic approach to patient rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one treatment to 1 to 2 patients per hour, focusing on individual care and tailored rehabilitation strategies.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and functional abilities while minimizing discomfort.
• Monitor and document patient progress using the WebPT system, ensuring accurate and timely records of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress, optimizing client outcomes.
• Participate in regular case reviews and contribute to developing clinic-wide best practices in physical therapy.

Our facility serves a diverse patient demographic, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with adult patients, tailoring rehabilitation plans to meet their specific needs, goals, and lifestyles. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for patient-centered care.
• Effective communication skills, enabling you to engage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in an orthopedic outpatient environment, is preferred. Familiarity with current rehabilitation methodologies, as well as experience in handling diverse patient caseloads, will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary in the range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year.
