Work Environment

The physical therapist will work onsite in our modern rehabilitation facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources designed to foster the best patient outcomes. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating a stable work-life balance for our staff. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for 1–2 patients per hour, focusing on individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patients' mobility, promote pain relief, and prevent further injury.
• Continuously assess patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care in our electronic health record system, WebPT, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to create cohesive and effective treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Orthopedic Outpatient office serves a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and those requiring prehabilitation to optimize their physical health before surgery. The role requires a compassionate approach, as you will engage with patients from various backgrounds and age groups, each with their unique rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in California is required.
• A proven track record of strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
• A positive, engaging demeanor that fosters a supportive atmosphere for patient rehabilitation is essential.

Preferred Experience
