Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mobility and physical function to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions, including active and passive exercises, gait training, and functional activities that enhance patients' independence.
• Guide patients through rehabilitative exercises, ensuring proper technique to maximize efficacy and minimize injury.
• Educate patients and their families on effective care strategies, rehabilitation processes, and prevention of future injuries.
• Maintain open lines of communication with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care and shared goals.
• Document patient progress thoroughly and adjust treatment plans based on continuous assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work primarily with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.

Compensation and Benefits
