Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist in Rehabilitation Center

Complete Balance Physical Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic Orthopedic Outpatient Office located in Sunnyvale, California. Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite in our vibrant rehabilitation center, where you will collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals including occupational therapists, sports specialists, and administrative support staff. We maintain a patient-centered atmosphere, with a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages healing and rehabilitation. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized treatment to 1-2 patients per hour, utilizing evidence-based practices to maximize patient recovery and comfort.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to design tailored treatment plans that assess patient needs and set measurable goals.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress using WebPT, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records for collaborative care.
• Engage in ongoing communication with other healthcare professionals to share insights and refine patient treatment strategies.
• Offer education and support to patients and their families on techniques and exercises to continue rehabilitation at home.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients, including post-surgical rehabilitation clients, athletes recovering from injuries, and individuals managing chronic pain conditions. This role emphasizes personalized attention, understanding the unique challenges each patient faces, and applying hands-on treatment techniques that foster empowerment and independence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active California Physical Therapy license or the eligibility to obtain one.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a genuine passion for enhancing patient care.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting is required, we value those candidates with specialized knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation or certifications in advanced physical therapy techniques. Experience with WebPT or similar electronic medical record systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 – $130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
