Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' orthopedic conditions, including intake assessments and functional testing to gather pertinent medical history.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment protocols using evidence-based practices to optimize patient recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create and adjust individualized care plans based on ongoing patient evaluations.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care activities, including evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries, while adhering to all legislative guidelines.
• Meet productivity goals while respecting patients' time and managing schedules effectively to ensure timely interventions.
• Take initiative in professional development by seeking opportunities for continuing education and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
• Utilize tools and methodologies that enhance clinical effectiveness, including digital platforms for patient engagement and therapy progress tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, and degenerative disorders. You will engage with diverse patient demographics, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and ensuring a patient-centric experience. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
• Proficient understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation best practices and treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience

• While prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy is desirable, we welcome applicants who are new to the field, provided they possess a genuine drive to learn and excel in patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
