Work Environment

Our outpatient clinic operates onsite from Monday to Friday, welcoming a dynamic mix of patients seeking rehabilitation for various conditions. In this collaborative setting, you will work alongside other healthcare professionals, fostering a team-oriented approach to patient care where every team member's insight is valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services by assessing patient needs and developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, typically seeing 1-2 patients per hour, prioritizing the quality of care over sheer volume.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, tailored to patient-specific goals and progress.
• Document each session comprehensively using WebPT to track patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with colleagues to enhance patient outcomes and share best practices.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for ongoing management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our clinic, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and clinical reasoning.
• A passion for patient care, commitment to continuous improvement, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, providing a strong foundation for understanding patient needs and therapy practices.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems, particularly WebPT, is highly beneficial.
• Advanced certifications or specialized training in areas such as sports rehabilitation or geriatric therapy will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
