Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist - Orthopedic Focus

Position Overview

Complete Balance Physical Therapy Group is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in the vibrant community of Los Gatos, California. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in helping our patients restore their movement, alleviate pain, and enhance their overall physical function. You will engage in hands-on therapy and create individualized rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite and has a strong emphasis on home care, providing our therapists with the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their own environments. Our facility promotes a positive and supportive atmosphere, ensuring a collaborative approach among our therapists to achieve the best patient outcomes. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for consistent engagement with our patients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Complete Balance, you will:

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions to 1–2 patients per hour, focusing on individualized treatment plans that enhance recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional performance effectively.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and develop tailored rehabilitation plans that adapt over time based on progress and feedback.
• Engage in accurate documentation of patient care using WebPT, ensuring compliance and facilitating effective communication among healthcare team members.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to patient care that enhances outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work mainly with orthopedic patients who may be recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Your expertise and compassionate approach will be integral in guiding them through their rehabilitation journey, maximizing their recovery potential, and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
• A positive attitude and motivation to engage patients in their rehabilitation process.

Preferred Experience

We require candidates to have at least two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Experience in home care environments and familiarity with WebPT or similar documentation systems will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and skills. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
