Work Environment

As an onsite worker within our outpatient facility, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and enjoy a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance, with working hours from Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify their specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one hands-on therapy sessions to 1–2 patients per hour, focusing on quality care that meets individual needs rather than focusing solely on patient volume.
• Utilize WebPT for accurate documentation of patient sessions, ensuring a detailed account of progress and treatment adjustments.
• Implement and refine therapeutic exercise techniques and manual therapy modalities to facilitate functional improvement.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss ongoing cases and collaborate on best practices for patient care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and alternative therapeutic options that align with their lifestyle and goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment to enhance patient experience and comfort.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
