Work Environment

The physical therapy department operates within a friendly and supportive rehabilitation facility designed to promote healing and wellness. Our team consists of highly skilled healthcare professionals, all committed to creating positive patient experiences. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a structured schedule that provides both patient care and collaboration with other specialists. The facility is designed with patient comfort in mind, featuring modern treatment areas, rehabilitation equipment, and inviting spaces for consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and set achievable goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on patient engagement and successful outcomes, collaborating closely with physicians and the care team.
• Guide and deliver therapeutic interventions, ensuring adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans to reflect patient advancements or challenges encountered throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and proper use of equipment to enhance recovery outside of formal sessions.
• Manage caseload effectively, including prioritizing patient needs and coordinating daily staffing and assignments to ensure optimal care delivery.

Qualifications

• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• A Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• No previous experience is required, making this opportunity ideal for recent graduates or those seeking to start their career in a supportive environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting is warmly welcomed, though not essential.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary teamwork and patient-centered care delivery.
• Familiarity with documentation and reporting standards in therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits
