Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for each patient, evaluating their physical condition and creating individualized care plans in alignment with physician recommendations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide quality patient-centered care that promotes recovery and improves functional outcomes.
• Guide patients and their families in utilizing therapeutic exercises and assistive devices, ensuring they understand how to continue improving outside of sessions.
• Monitor, document, and report on patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Prioritize caseload management effectively, coordinating with team members to streamline patient flow and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay current with continuing education and development in Physical Therapy practices, integrating new insights and methodologies into patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including children recovering from injuries to elderly patients requiring rehabilitation post-surgery. Each patient presents unique challenges and requires a tailored approach that considers their specific circumstances, needs, and goals. Qualifications

• A valid and current Physical Therapy License in the state of California.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment.

Preferred Experience

Although no prior experience is required, candidates with background in orthopedic rehabilitation or home care settings will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits
