Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and modalities to promote recovery, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in consultation with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, helping them understand exercises and interventions to enhance their recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, occupational therapists, and care coordinators, to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless communication.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to patients, maintaining motivation and engagement throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
