Work Environment

This position is full-time and requires an onsite presence, primarily within patients' homes. As a member of our team, you will be tasked with delivering personalized therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs in their home environment. Our collaborative approach allows for flexibility in your schedule, enabling you to choose your own hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries within their homes.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing a combination of exercise regimens, hands-on therapies, and advanced equipment to manage pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress, making adjustments to therapy as necessary to align with evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for using assistive devices to promote self-care and mobility.
• Provide training to caregivers and additional healthcare personnel on effective physical therapy practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in physical therapy through ongoing education and involvement in professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be working primarily with children and adults recovering from a wide array of conditions. These may include post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and rehabilitation after sports injuries. Your ability to connect with diverse patient populations and address a variety of rehabilitation needs will be key to your success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of patients.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience as a Physical Therapist is not required, familiarity or internships related to home care practices can be beneficial.
• Experience with specific rehabilitation techniques and assistive devices will enhance your effectiveness in patient treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a generous benefits package designed to enhance your quality of life.
