Bilingual Administrative Support Specialist (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and computer skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both office operations and our property management team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Perform data entry and order entry accurately and efficiently
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks
• File, scan, and maintain office documents and records
• Assist with product searches in our warehouse
• Process customer returns and warranty claims
• Order replacement parts as needed
• Request Return Authorizations (RAs) from vendors
• Create and maintain the Scratch & Dent inventory list
• Coordinate between warehouse and office teams to ensure accurate inventory records
• Provide administrative support to our property management team

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Appliance industry knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekends
• Paid holidays
