Purpose and Scope: The Project Coordinator is responsible for tasks involved with their scheduling, budgeting, communicating, coordinating and documenting items involved with the progress and completion of a project. Responsibilities: Attends and participates in project design meetings, proposing improvements, as necessary. Evaluates potential problems and technical hitches and develops solutions. Plans and manages team goals, project schedules and incorporates new information. Supervises current projects and coordinates all team members to keep workflow on track. Manages project-related paperwork ensuring all necessary documentation is current, is properly filed and stored. Directs project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails. Identifies and defines project requirements, scope and objectives with clients. Adheres to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures. All other duties as required Must be local to Canoga Park Skills / Other: Very strong organizational skills, and able to multi-task. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibits Team management and leadership skills. Detail-oriented, even under pressure. Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Education/ Training: High School graduate or equivalent, combined with direct, relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area, preferred. Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially excel. Working knowledge of Dynamics. Prism and Fuse software a plus.
