Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and relational health, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFTs support a rich tapestry of clients, including individuals and couples from various backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with adolescents and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your role will be pivotal in creating a safe environment that encourages clients to openly share their experiences and work collaboratively toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• An active Marriage and Family Therapy license issued by the state of Texas is essential.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience—minimum of 2 years—providing individual and couples therapy, ideally in an outpatient setting.

• Strong assessment skills, with the ability to develop and modify treatment plans effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
