2nd Shift Production Helper/Utility - $28.10/hour

Job Title PM Production Helper / Utility Helper (GT) Business Unit Production Reports To Sri Selvaraj General Summary Production helpers will ensure product quality through dough creation, processing, and packaging. Employees will rotate among production lines for ergonomic reasons, be required to work scheduled hours, and may work evening or overnight shifts as needed. Breaks and lunches will be allotted per plant policy. Employees must follow all PPE requirements and maintain a safe, clean work area. Primary Responsibilities Work in puff pastry, toast/loaf, and layer cake areas. Be trained in all three production lines and follow a scheduled rotation. Cover utility/mixer positions as needed, including in toast/loaf, puff pastry, layer cake, and votation. Account for potential variation in hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. Obtain lift truck certification if required. Minimum Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Manufacturing experience preferred. Licenses / Registrations None. Travel None. Work Environment Employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. Noise level is usually loud. Compensation and Benefits Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
