A vibrant, design-forward Japanese dining concept in Louisville’s NuLu neighborhood, this restaurant blends traditional culinary techniques with modern creativity to deliver an energetic and immersive guest experience centered around high-quality ingredients and bold flavors. We are seeking a Sushi Chef to lead the sushi program and support full back-of-house operations
.The Sushi Chef is responsible for leading the sushi program and supporting kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, strong team collaboration, and consistent execution. This role requires a polished, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation, dinner-only environment
