Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for both adult and adolescent clients, identifying their mental health needs and challenges.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through secure telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and case managers, to create and implement integrated treatment plans aimed at enhancing overall patient outcomes.

• Maintain organized, thorough, and confidential clinical records in accordance with state regulations and best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with advancements in mental health care and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed therapist at Step In Hope Therapy, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including vulnerable adolescents and adults dealing with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages clients to express themselves and work through their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in good standing within the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, a Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and a commitment to using technology to enhance therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in clinical settings, providing therapy to individuals with behavioral health challenges. Experience in multidisciplinary team environments and familiarity with electronic health record systems will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
