Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of children and their families, leading to accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, demonstrating adaptability to provide services across different settings, including community spaces, homes, and schools.

• Serve as the primary contact for developing and executing comprehensive service plans, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients, families, and other stakeholders through verbal and written forms.

• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to provide 24/7 crisis support and intervention, effectively managing crises and ensuring client safety.

• Collaborate with an intensive multi-disciplinary treatment team, contributing to the planning and evaluation of treatment progress, while integrating feedback from various sources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents who struggle with serious mental health issues. You will develop skills in crisis management and effective therapy modalities like Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and DBT Skills training. Your ability to engage with youth and understand their unique perspectives is crucial to fostering strong therapeutic relationships that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possess a valid State license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or be eligible for licensure upon hiring.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health service delivery, advocacy skills, and understanding of payment processes for mental health services.

• A valid driver’s license compliant with agency driving standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
