This position is a remote work opportunity, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while still maintaining a strong connection with your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly individual sessions with assigned clients to address their mental health needs and goals.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions, providing education and support in accordance with the established program schedule.

• Coordinate with various treatment services and professionals for an integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain regular communication with family members and referral sources to ensure comprehensive support.

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Engage actively in in-service training, supervision meetings, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.

• Ensure client records are meticulously maintained and meet all licensing standards, addressing any documentation gaps swiftly.

• Assist clients in navigating daily treatment activities and overcoming obstacles to their recovery.

• Collaborate with Primary Therapists on treatment planning, refining strategies that encompass a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct regular updates to treatment plans, ensuring all necessary adjustments are made based on client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Renewal Path, you will work with a diverse client base, supporting individuals and families grappling with various mental health issues. Your role will involve offering tailored interventions that align with the unique needs of each client, including adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field such as MA Clinical Psychology, MA Counseling, or MA Clinical Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or similar in the state of California is mandatory; applicants with associate-level licenses cannot be accepted as they are non-billable through Medicare.

• Proficient computer skills are essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong self-direction and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred but not mandatory.

Renewal Path provides competitive compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
