Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize assessment tools to evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Accurately document clinical notes and treatment plans using our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring all records are timely and compliant with best practices.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and collaboration with peer professionals to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health concerns, using validated methods to engage clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Our clients often seek assistance for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As an advocate for culturally responsive care, you will integrate clients’ backgrounds into treatment plans to ensure respectful and relevant therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current independent licensure in California: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of independent practice as a licensed therapist, demonstrating competence and professionalism in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
