This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and needs, establishing a solid foundation for treatment.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client goals.
\n
• Providing virtual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and more.

• Maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation through electronic health record systems, ensuring all client interactions and progress notes are accurately recorded.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide coordinated care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Offering immediate crisis support and interventions when necessary, applying de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is a must for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
