We are growing extremely fast, partnering with leading behavioral health organizations across the country, and rapidly expanding both our product and team.## The RoleWe’re hiring a Billing Specialist to manage RCM services on behalf of our customers across all levels of care in behavioral health, from outpatient to residential and inpatient settings.This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will own the day-to-day revenue cycle for a set of customers, including claim submission, authorizations, payment posting, AR follow-up, and ERA enrollments. You will work directly with customers to resolve missing or incomplete claim information, and you will do it all inside a modern RCM system that our own team builds, which means your feedback directly shapes the product.## What you’ll do* Own claim submission for assigned customers, ensuring claims go out clean, complete, and on time* Manage authorizations, tracking requirements across payers and levels of care* Handle payment posting and reconciliation, including ERA enrollments and remittance workflows* Drive AR follow-up, working denials, underpayments, and aging claims through to resolution* Communicate directly with customers to gather missing information, resolve claim issues, and keep billing operations running smoothly* Learn and master a new RCM system, and share feedback with our product and engineering teams to make it better* Identify recurring issues in customer billing workflows and help build processes that prevent them## Who you are* 3+ years of behavioral health billing experience preferred* Deep familiarity with the behavioral health revenue cycle, including claims, authorizations, denials, and payer follow-up across multiple levels of care* Comfortable talking to customers, asking the right questions, and getting the information you need to resolve claim issues* Comfortable learning new software and adapting quickly as tools and workflows evolve* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with significant ownership and autonomy* Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage billing operations across multiple customers at once## Nice to have* Experience with multiple clearinghouses and payer portals* Familiarity with EDI, eligibility verification, or verification of benefits workflows* Experience working at a billing company or managing RCM on behalf of multiple provider organizations## Why this role* Own the revenue cycle for leading behavioral health organizations across the country* Work inside software built by your own team, and directly influence what gets built next* Help shape the RCM services function at one of the fastest-growing companies in behavioral health* Join a well-capitalized company at an early stage with significant opportunities for growth* Play a critical role in modernizing healthcare infrastructure with AI-native technologyApplySend a note with your résumé or LinkedIn to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
