ROLE DESCRIPTION: John Jensen - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact leads and prospects to solicit new insurance products.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of customer coverages and present options and products.
• Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
• Provide information on insurance products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and implement a tried and true sales process.

This role will require the acquisition of Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses after an accepted job offer.

Compensación: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
