This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and maintain a balanced work-life dynamic. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a stable and predictable environment for both the therapist and the clients. You will utilize teletherapy tools and platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring that your practice remains consistent and effective.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms including their intensity, frequency, and duration to provide informed and appropriate treatment.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and therapeutic goals, adjusting these plans as necessary.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, modifying treatment strategies based on real-time feedback and developments.

• Engage in integrated care by partnering with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Stay informed on current research related to mood disorders to enhance therapeutic strategies and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
