They are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to serve as the CEO's right hand and lead the company's day-to-day operations through its next stage of growth.This is a true executive leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, developing leaders, and driving execution across an entrepreneurial organization.ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with the CEO to execute strategic initiativesOversee day-to-day operations across all departmentsImprove operational efficiency, communication, and accountability company-wideDevelop and implement KPIs, reporting, and performance metricsBuild scalable processes and operating proceduresLead department heads and hold teams accountable for resultsImprove collaboration between Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Inventory, Technology, and OperationsEvaluate business initiatives and make recommendations based on operational and financial performanceResolve cross-functional issues and remove operational bottlenecksDrive organizational planning as the company continues to scaleHelp build leadership infrastructure while maintaining an entrepreneurial cultureQualifications10+ years of senior operational leadership experienceExperience leading multiple departments within a growing organizationProven success building processes, KPIs, and operational structureStrong financial and business acumenExcellent leadership and communication skillsComfortable working directly with an entrepreneurial CEOExperience within distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, logistics, consumer products, eCommerce, or another operationally complex business preferredBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
