Workers Compensation Claims Specialist

To manage and resolve accounts associated with workers' compensation claims, the full-time Workers' Compensation Resolution Specialist II will negotiate settlements, analyze cases for litigation preparation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while working in a remote-hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Review and analyze cases related to workers' compensation claims for validity and accuracy Negotiate with claims adjusters, attorneys, and other stakeholders to reach fair settlements Maintain detailed records of resolution activities and prepare cases for potential litigation Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of experience in the workers' compensation field required In-depth understanding of workers' compensation statutes and regulations Proficiency in office software, including Google Workplace and Microsoft applications Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
