Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and customize treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Employ therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities to assist clients in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health counselors to deliver comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Inform and educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to empower them in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily include adults experiencing challenges related to mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active License to Practice as an LPCC, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of California.
