Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or are enrolled in Master’s programs.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing various mental health issues and fostering personal growth.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, working closely with clients and other healthcare professionals to develop effective and personalized care strategies.

• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Stay current with the latest therapeutic methodologies, research, and best practices in mental health care to continually enhance your professional skills and contributions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our community health clinic, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our therapeutic approach is client-centered, and you will focus on empowering clients from diverse backgrounds to take charge of their mental health and navigate their personal recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state license in mental health counseling such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Professional liability insurance.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
