Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological needs, formulating effective clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement specialized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices based on individual client goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions; adapt your therapeutic approach to suit the unique dynamics and cultural backgrounds of the clients you serve.

• Respond promptly to mental health crises, offering immediate support and intervention strategies to clients experiencing acute challenges.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical requirements and legal standards.

• Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration by coordinating effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive care for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatments, and community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Commit to professional development by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and supervision to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will guide clients through their unique circumstances, helping them find coping strategies and resilience in navigating life’s stressors.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a behavioral health or clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
