Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to each student’s needs.

• Collaborate with students, their families, and educators to develop individualized treatment plans incorporating specific goals and cultural considerations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual or group therapy.

• Offer crisis intervention services, working alongside teachers and school staff to promptly address acute distress and ensure timely support for affected students.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with clinic policies and educational regulations.
\n
• Deliver psychoeducation to students and families, equipping them with the knowledge and coping strategies to manage their mental health effectively.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include school psychologists, teachers, and community resources to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Conduct regular outcome assessments to measure treatment effectiveness and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to continually refine and enhance clinical practice.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality standards with respect to patient information at all times.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
