ERP Specialist

Finance ERP Solutions Specialist III-PeopleSoft Texas Health Resources seeks a full‑time Finance ERP Solutions Specialist III within the ERP Solutions and Support Department. Location: 612 E. Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011. Salary: $41.88/hr to $60.34/hr, depending on experience. Work Schedule: 1st Shift (Full Time). Job Description: The specialist will work with ERP leadership and stakeholders to implement business improvements and provide ERP system support. Acting as a project manager, the role offers consulting on integrating information technologies into ERP business processes. Essential Functions: Define system requirements and assess impacts for new installs, enhancements, releases, and upgrades to ERP system software. Manage ongoing maintenance and support of ERP applications over their life cycle. Diagnose defects in ERP applications and coordinate with ERP technical team to resolve them. Triage and address system questions or concerns with ERP leadership. Manage ERP system master data within their functional area. Implement ERP business process improvements. Create queries and reports to meet end‑user requirements and analysis; develop and execute test scripts. Communicate with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors promptly; develop and maintain ERP training materials and job aids. Maintain awareness of vendor and industry developments in the area of responsibility. Provide a combination of virtual and onsite support to multiple Texas Health locations. Ideal candidate qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree. 6 years of experience in the supported business functional area (e.g., finance, supply chain, human capital), preferably in healthcare. At least 2 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft / Oracle. 6 years of finance experience with 2 years PeopleSoft FSCM highly preferred. Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with all levels of the ERP business functional area. Highly organized. Experience with documentation, workflow design, build or operational workflow in area of specialty. Knowledge of healthcare ERP business environments is desirable. Can develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively. Strong understanding of build and maintenance of ERP applications and systems. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve issues. Can mentor or supervise other ERP specialists. Analyzes diverse problems and selects effective solutions. Networks with senior internal/external personnel within ERP business area. Works with minimal supervision on routine work and general instructions on new projects.
