Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness interventions, personalized to address clients' needs, aimed at reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, stressors, and treatment goals, enabling a tailored therapeutic approach.

• Guide individuals through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques, assisting them in achieving self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices and resilience-building strategies to enhance community support among clients.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, assisting clients in navigating specific mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York state.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic interventions, with a focus on mindfulness methodologies.
