Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct video intake assessments for new clients to evaluate their symptoms, coping mechanisms, and daily functioning, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement personalized therapeutic programs that incorporate actionable strategies for client engagement in everyday activities.

• Facilitate ongoing client support through our digital platform, providing real-time encouragement, psychoeducational resources, and program modifications based on progress.

• Regularly monitor client progress with both engagement metrics and clinical assessments to ensure care plans are continuously optimized for the best possible outcomes.

• Recognize and celebrate client milestones while collaboratively identifying and addressing barriers to their continued engagement in treatment.

• Document all client interactions meticulously and maintain clinical records in adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and relevant state regulations while maintaining accurate clinical records.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, fellow social workers, and other healthcare providers to facilitate integrated and comprehensive client care.

• Participate actively in case reviews, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance personal and team competency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with an active state license in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
